1. No Refunds on Digital Purchases
All purchases of Premium subscriptions, digital gifts, virtual items, or any other paid features are final and non-refundable. This includes one-time payments and recurring subscriptions. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law.

2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@bitcoinboyfriend.io.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time in the current cycle. After cancellation, you retain access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptions & Legal Requirements
If required by applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., certain jurisdictions allow a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services), we will process refunds in accordance with those laws.
In case of technical errors, unauthorized charges, or fraud, contact support immediately. We will investigate and resolve eligible cases promptly.
